What happenes if my package gets lost or damaged? Insurance is optional for the consumer and is not required to keep costs lower for those that are not worried about the minimal risk of loss or damage during transit. Packages do sometimes get lost or damaged so PLEASE don't call or email us because you did not receive your package if insurance was not purchased. Delivery confirmation is mandatory and automaticly added. If you never received a tracking # please feel free to request it by email and we will be glad to send it to you. If insurance was purchased and your package is over 2 weeks in transit "For US orders" or 4 weeks "for international orders" then please be sure to contact us with order # via email and we will take care of the paper work for you.

I have not got my order yet? Most orders are shipped ground USPS, Not air as most regular mail thus taking longer to reach it's destination. This makes shipping charges lower in cost for the buyer. If you need your package more quickly, Choose a faster shipping service at check out.
Returns and refunds? We accept no returns unless product is faulty. If product is faulty we have a 30 day replacement. I need a receipt for my order. All receipts are emailed once an order is complete to save on time and money from printing paper receipts. From there we urge you can print and save the document.
